many architects go sailing, own boats,

charter boats, build boats. dk is no exception

having owned and sailed boats literally from

1956 - 2016 and on. there is an architectural

link - form follows function & no more evident

than in the hull and rig of a sailing yacht.  

also there's no place where teamwork and

management of detail is as important than

out to sea in a small boat... but it's taken a 

lifetime find one that satisfies aesthetics

sufficiently well to be called 'architectural'.

MIRO, an RM 890, is one of these.
